Produce grown on known ground

Four growing sites and one central packhouse, 1,620 acres across four regions. Every case leaves the packhouse traced back to the field block it was picked on — order by the case, the pallet, or the season.

From seed to shelf

How a batch travels through the group

  1. 1

    Planted

Each crop begins on a named field. Varieties, rootstock, and planting dates are recorded against the farm block, so the chain of custody starts before harvest — not at the packhouse door.

  2. 2

    Harvested

Picked by hand or lifted by machine at the right maturity. Each batch carries a code that ties it back to the block, the picker, and the date — the same code follows it onto the truck.

  3. 3

    Graded and packed

The central packhouse optical-sorts, washes, and packs to customer spec. Modified-atmosphere cases and cold store hold the batch at temperature and extend shelf life until dispatch.

  4. 4

    Dispatched

Refrigerated transport moves the batch to retail distribution, foodservice customers, or export hubs within hours of grading, with the batch code readable at every handover.
